Our policy covers 30 days after the purchase. If 30 days have gone by since the date stamped on your receipt of shipment, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
       To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
       Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 
       There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Books with obvious signs of use, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
       Additional non-returnable items: gift cards, downloadable software products, health and personal care items.   
       Some particular products may have different policies or requirements associated with them. If so it will be stated on the product page or their Warranty card.
       Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or having missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.
       Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for refund.
       To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

       It may take up to 25-30 days for an item to reach us once you send it. When the item is received at our office, it takes 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed and 5-10 business days for the refund to show up in your account.

       How to prepare and ship your return:
       Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return. If you do not have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package. Ship your return based on the return shipping option you choose.

       Important Notes:
       Tax on restocking fees may apply to return items that were shipped and sold to customers in CT, MD, NV, PA, VA, WV, and WI.
       You must return the items with a value of $35 or more using a trackable method. Items with a value more than $500, must also be insured.
       All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
       Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
       Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.

       Jewelry, Watches, Accessories
       Jewelry, watches, and accessories with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
       All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
       Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
       Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

       Computers and Electronics
       New electronic devices purchased from that did not boot/start/DOA when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or are still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
       MaestosoRosso may test the returned devices and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
       Any returned electronic device, damaged through customer misuse, has missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee, based on the condition of the product. 


       When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you have had the item and how the item was purchased.
       In some cases, you may be offered an "Instant refund" option to allow you to use your refund without waiting for your return to process. Instant Refunds are either issued to your credit card or as a Gift Card. Refunds issued to card issuers will require an additional 3-5 business days processing time by those institutions. You'll still need to return your items within 30 days.
       Maestoso Rosso may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you are not required to send your item back for a refund, you will be notified by e-mail or phone call.
       We can help with returns on a case by case basis. Opened and used items are not refundable. Return items, that are unopened/unused may be shipped back to us at your own cost. Returns are refunded only when the item is received back at our office, after we have verified that original packaging is still in place. We are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost in transit!
       Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
       If the item is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be send to your credit card or the original method of payment, within 10 days.
      Partial Refunds or Restocking Fees
       If you return an item in original condition past the return window you may receive up to 80% of its price.
       CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that were opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) - up to  50% of the item's price.
       Items that are damaged, have missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to our error - up to 40% of their original price.
       Open software or video games for reasons not due to our error - 0%.
       Late or missing refunds 
       If you do not receive a refund in a reasonable time frame /approximately 10 days after we receive the refundable item/, first, check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially accepted and approved. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.        Sale/promotional items
       Only regular price items may be refunded. Items on sale, promotional or special offer items cannot be refunded.
       Exchanges (if applicable)

       If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you. 
       If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, we will send a refund to the person that bought the item.
       Shipping costs are non-refundable. To receive an exchange product, you should ship the faulty one first to: via. Donizetti 11, 56034 Casciana Terme PI, Italy. The shipping costs for returning any item is at your expense! 
       If you wish to return an item priced over USD 75, you should consider using a shipping service providing real time tracking or purchase shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your return item!


       Items that can be exchanged for free are marked properly on the product page. If the item you wish to return does not have an exchange option or you have received the item as a gift, you need to return the original item and place a new order. You have to return the original item within 30 days to avoid being charged for both, the original and exchange items.
       If the exchanged item costs less than your original purchase we will refund you the difference.
       You can exchange or replace an item if you have received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
       The item being exchanged must meet the following criteria:
              ► Not received by you as a gift;
              ► Shipped and sold by;
              ► Not an Add-On item;
              ► Not identical to the item being returned;
              ► Not purchased with a promotion or sale. 


       Some products sold directly by and covered under a manufacturer warranty, have the option of being repaired by a third-party repair service provider, authorized by the manufacturer.
       Manufacturer warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors like the use of the product, where the product was purchased, or from whom you purchased the product.
       If you need a copy of the manufacturer warranty for a product found on, you can contact the manufacturer directly or visit their website for more information. Review the warranty carefully, and contact the manufacturer if you have any questions.
       If you need to send the item directly to the third-party repairer use the information provided on the Warranty card.
       Important Notes:
       ► Return shipping is free if your item is covered under the warranty.
       ► When the third-party repairer receives your item, you will receive a confirmation email. The item will be inspected and the issue diagnosed. If the defect is covered by the manufacturer warranty, the item will be repaired free of charge and returned to you.
       ► Repairs usually take up to 30 business days (including delivery time), but may take slightly longer.
       ► If the problem is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, or if the warranty is voided (for example, the item was accidentally damaged), you'll be contacted by the repairer with a repair estimate.
       ► You can decide whether to ask the repairer to proceed with the repair at an additional cost, or have the item returned to you. Payment for such repairs, including any applicable delivery charges, are made directly to the repairer.
       ► You can check the status of your repair by following the instructions in the repair confirmation email you receive or via the corresponding website, once one business day has passed since the creation of your label. 


       To help you troubleshoot any issues, offers free technical support over the phone for eligible products.Our technicians use the latest authorized manufacturer tools to troubleshoot issues. If the tools do not resolve the issue and your product is eligible you can send it for repair. The third-party repair service providers will communicate directly with you to repair your product. does not perform any repairs. The order number allows the Technical Support team to review the order details and determine the exact model of the product. If you have purchased a product as a gift, provide the recipient the order number so they can use the Technical Support if needed.
